I want to keep supporting your company please fix these things! Thanks. I hope you guys upgrade your servers so you can offer better speeds and I really hope you fix the app issues. I have been trying to use Sync for business and when I send private secure links to people to open, it’s always a hassle.
This is so frustrating! The upload and sync speeds are also really dreadful and painful.
Also, when I add a new file to my main sync folder, it never shows up under the recent tab, I have to go digging for it under all of the folders that stay on top on the files tab. It happens every time I try to upload something. I have to hit retry and sometimes it works and sometimes it just crashes the app. Whenever I want to upload something from a browser, like a PDF receipt after purchasing something, and I try to upload to sync, it fails immediately. It has been very frustrating trying to use this app.
